When people gather community is created.

The events at SoulFood are scheduled and promoted to support our communities voice, whether sung, painted, spoken or drummed.

stage

Our stage has hosted national acts such as Lindsey Mac and Rebbecca Riots, and is a home to many of the local musicians of the area.

Our belief is that the stage is for all, you just have to mean what you play.

We host live music Wednesday at 7pm, Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8pm. All-ages.

There is never a cover charge for music, donations to the musicians are always appreciated.

Our walls in the cafe are dedicated to the vision of our community. We feature a local artist once every two weeks. Artist receptions are held twice a month for a time for our community to gather and get a chance to share in the vision of the featured artist.

SoulFood houses classes and presentations on a regular basis. Topics range, but are all centered around helping you gather tools to walk your path.

Some of our regular events include a Monday meditation and on the third Thursday of every month we host a poetry open-mic.
